Group Terms and Conditions

Terms of booking

​

1. The full amount of the group is payable at time of booking to guarantee your place.

2. The booking will be for 1 parent/ caregiver with your baby. As group numbers are purposely kept small we only have a very limited space for additional adults, please inform us at time of booking if you wish to bring an additional adult.

3. If you have twins/ multiples, you will not be charged an additional cost. If you would like to bring an additional adult please inform us at time of booking.

4. All Personal information provided at the time of booking will be confidential and not used for any other purpose than your attendance at the group and will not be shared with any third parties outside of Kangaroo Family Nurturing.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

1. If you need to cancel your place on a group you have booked, providing you give 2 weeks notice of the group start date you will be entitled to a full refund. Where the group has been cancelled in under 2 weeks of the start date, you will be offered a place on the next available group.

2. You must inform us in writing, preferably by email if you need to cancel your place and are requesting a refund or to transfer to another group.

3. Refunds cannot be given for any missed classes during the course of the group. However, if there are extenuating circumstances whereby you are forced to miss a number of the sessions every effort will be made to transfer your place to a future group.

4. Kangaroo Family Nurturing reserves the right to cancel a course/ session if needed for circumstances outside of our control. In this event a full refund will be given if the full group needs to be cancelled. Where a single group session needs to be cancelled for example through course instructor illness, an additional date will be provided and in the event you are unable to attend the revised date a refund will be given.

 

Social Media and Photography

​

1. You will be required to complete a social media and photography form at the start of the group. Only photographs and videos with written consent will be used for marketing purposes on Kangaroo Family Nurturing website and social media platforms.

2. During the group parents/ caregivers are permitted to take photographs/ videos of your own child.

3. Please refrain from taking any photographs/ videos of any other group participants.

4. Please do not disclose any personal details about other members of the group or information they have shared without their permission outside of the group.
